"I stopped in on Friday to get a quote and Justin got me right in. We were able to run through my current coverage and quote equivalent policies that resulted in the same coverage for almost 1/3rd of the price. "Without warning, our homeowners insurance premium almost doubled, so a family member suggested we contact Justin at State Farm for a quote. From the beginning, Justin was friendly, professional, detailed, and thorough. "Justin was so professional and I felt the policy’s he put together were totally in my best interests. Justin saved me so much money on my insurance needs, I had no option but to cancel all my policies with USSA, also better coverage for less money. "This man deserves zero stars. His office dropped the ball with billing matters with my policy. I called to confirm I was insured and got the okay and they even took payment. My car was stolen and it turned out that I was no longer insured during the theft. Justin and his associates lied and at my expense I had to recover my vehicle and fix the damages. He even tried to cover himself by taking ANOTHER payment the day of my claim. Come to find out the car is totaled due to the theft. This is unfair and they took zero accountability. Stay away from this agent!!!!"
